We can provide the appropriate event rentals directly from our own inventory or facilitate arrangements with our trusted partners, tailored to suit the specific requirements of your event.
Event Planning
To ensure seamless flow of your event, we are delighted to offer our assistance in planning the event site, food and beverage, required rentals with our partners and coordinating all necessary arrangements.
Setup and Clean up
Our team can provide complete setup and cleanup services, allowing you to focus on your guests while we handle the details. Pricing is customized according to the size and logistics of the event.
Setup & Cleanup
Delivery is available throughout Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, West Vancouver, New Westminster and Coquitlam. Price is subject to time of delivery and the the distance. Standard Delivery Fee is $25.00 for all deliveries.
Cancellation Policy
We request a minimum of two business days’ notice for any cancellations or changes. We permit a maximum of modifications to the final quote, with the latest request accepted up to two days prior to the event. Depending on the volume of the order, we might need additional notice period for any changes.
